Ivey Ranch, also known as Jack Ivey Ranch, is a nine-hole regulation course designed by William F. Bell in 1980, playing par 35 over 2,656 yards. It is genuinely public and one of the few nine-hole regulation options left in the mid-valley.

Green fees run $29.50 to $44, with packaged rates from about $19. There is an on-site restaurant and pools, and its position just off Varner Road in Thousand Palms makes it an easy stop between Palm Springs and Palm Desert.
