Mountain Vista runs 36 holes inside the Sun City Palm Desert community: the Santa Rosa Course, credited to Billy Casper and Greg Nash in 1992 and playing par 72 at 6,720 yards, and the San Gorgonio Course. Despite sitting in a 55-plus community, the club is open to the public seven days a week.

36 Holes Open to the Public Seven Days a Week

Green fees generally run $31 to $86 with packaged rates from the mid-$20s, which makes this one of the best-value 36-hole facilities in the valley. Expect a course-work closure in late September into October.
