The Evening Citizen is a hidden speakeasy on Arenas Road with an unmarked alley entrance lit by a red light. Inside it’s a dark, intimate room with about 30 seats, a long bar, a newspaper-style menu and bartenders in suspenders shaking classic and house cocktails.
