The Pastry Swan Bakery is a family-run scratch bakery and cake shop in Rancho Mirage, suited to visitors seeking sweets, a casual breakfast or lunch, or a custom celebration cake. Fresh juices, assorted desserts, and made-to-order cakes give the counter a broader role than a simple pastry stop.

Scratch Baking and Daily Fare

Pastries and assorted sweets anchor the bakery case, while fresh juices, breakfast items, and lunch selections add choices for a daytime visit. Products are made trans-fat free. The bakery is a practical counter stop when you want something sweet or a light meal during a Rancho Mirage outing, rather than a full sit-down restaurant experience.

Custom Cakes for Celebrations

Custom cake design is a core specialty, with choices of fillings and frostings available for wedding cakes, cupcakes, and other celebration desserts. Complimentary cake tastings and consultations help with larger orders. The bakery describes its approach as elegant, fun, and modern, making it a useful contact for visitors planning a gathering or arranging a special dessert during their stay.

Vegan Requests and Current Location

Vegan cakes can be made on request, providing an option to discuss when planning a custom order. The Pastry Swan has moved to its Rancho Mirage location, so older valley guides can point to a previous address. It operates from morning into the afternoon, and food service ends in the afternoon, so plan a daytime bakery visit.

Make The Pastry Swan Bakery part of a Rancho Mirage day when pastries, juice, a daytime bite, or an ordered celebration cake is on the agenda. Contact the bakery ahead for custom cake details and dietary requests.
