Wanderlust Food Truck Festival

Food trucks and picnic seating at a desert park at dusk

Wanderlust Food Truck Festival turns Sunrise Park into a Saturday night food court, with close to 20 trucks serving everything from pizza and BBQ to Thai, Venezuelan street food, specialty drinks and desserts. It launched in June 2026 and has quickly become an easy, affordable weekend plan for locals and visitors.

Why go

  • Free to get in: Entry and parking are both free, so you only pay for what you eat.
  • Lots of variety: A rotating lineup of trucks means something different most weeks.
  • Easy evening out: A DJ, covered seating, lawn games and prize giveaways keep it lively.

What to expect

Show up hungry and do a lap before you commit. The setup is casual and spread out across the park, with seating under cover and space for kids to play. It is family-friendly and pet-friendly, which makes it one of the more relaxed Saturday night options in town. Organizers post each week’s truck lineup on social media.

Know before you go

  • Runs every Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m.
  • Sunrise Park is off Ramon Road and S. Sunrise Way.
  • Bring a card and some cash, since payment options vary by truck.
